Chlamydia test fees

You can choose to pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron or by cheque accompanied with a valid cheque guarantee card. If the cheque exceeds your guarantee limit, it will be subject to authorisation by Equifax. Please note: we do not accept cheques drawn on banks outside the UK.

If someone is paying on your behalf (by cheque or credit/debit card) they must accompany you to the centre. Company cheques can be accepted subject to approval be Equifax.
