NHS Bristol has launched an online interactive safe sex campaign mainly targeted at young men.
Condom, No Condom? is a YouTube-based film that gives viewers the chance to make choices in a variety of scenarios at the click of a button.
The film, from Omni Productions, has been designed to reflect the real-life choices faced by teenagers when it comes to sex and relationships.
Making the correct choices rewards viewers with a few saucy scenes, while wrong decisions are punished by an immediate visit to the clinic.
The film, which is hosted through a dedicated YouTube channel and is prioritised on social networking sites, has already had high viewing figures with more than 3,000 views on the first day and upload views of 29,000-plus after a week.
Lawrie Jones of NHS Bristol, which commissioned the film, said: "We're always searching for new and innovative ways of engaging with a young audience - for whom traditional media can miss.
"The brief for this film was to encourage young people to take responsibility for their sexual health by outlining - in some detail - the various choices and consequences you face when making decisions about sex."
