At Marie Stopes International (MSI) we’re dedicated to improving the sexual and reproductive health of clients around the world. We’re now looking to expand our family planning and sexual health services in our Reading Centre.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with suitable experience, to be instrumental in establishing and driving this new service forward. We are now looking for a family planning trained and registered nurse to join our team; you will have experience in all LARC methods, particularly Mirena, IUD/IUS and Implanon. You will ideally have experience in comprehensive STI screening and management, and use of PGD’s, as this is a nurse led service. This is a new role where you will have a good deal of autonomy and influence in shaping the service within the Centre. In addition, you will be required to work alongside the rest of the nursing team ensuring an efficient and effective service for clients seeking terminations of pregnancy from admission to discharge.

For this role, you will be highly competent at working with the public in a service environment and must be IT literate, flexible, reliable and highly motivated. You must be pro-choice on abortion and committed to providing a professional service in what can be a hectic environment.
