We believe in choice and will support you every step of the way.
In both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, abortion is highly restricted although the law differs in each country. Many women who live there and would like to use abortion services often have to travel to England for safe and legal treatment.
Every year around 4,000 women from the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland travel to have an abortion in England or Wales. We have over 40 years’ experience of supporting Irish women, and understand the difficult journey you may be facing.
You can self-refer to our abortion services directly, and do not need to tell your GP if you don’t want to. If you would like to speak to your GP first, it is legal for GPs in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to refer patients to abortion care providers in England.
